We are Elena and Olesja, fashion mentors, brand owners and entrepreneurs.

For more than 15 years in common we were managing our own companies in fashion retail, marketing and sales. This year we decided to put our skills and experience together to help Fashion Entrepreneurs not only to launch their brands quickly, efficiently and rationally, but also grow and scale them into profitable business.

Elena

Everything started with a strong love to cycling, fitness, and running combined with a limitless desire to create my own perfect activewear line to motivate others to do sports! The final decisive point came when I went to the famous L’etape du Tour cycling race in 2015.

With my finance background in big international companies and a full-time job, I started studying activewear design and fashion management at Central Saint Martins College in London. I also started taking private coaching lessons from leading industry designers and masters in the art of sports.

After visiting multiple exhibitions, talking to a variety of professionals, analyzing fashion trends, and researching everything from fabric components to biomechanics, I went from launching my own brand with just 1000£ to a fast-growing brand with customers all over the world.

Olesja

I founded my first eCommerce company in 2009 during my master thesis. In the next years I quickly grew my team, built an IT infrastructure and scale my sole proprietorship to a venture capital international technology startup. It was a very challenging but also a super exciting time to build my own company and get it through all possible levels.

Since 2019 I changed my path to management consultancy and advised large companies on international growth strategies, marketing and B2C sales.

In 2021, I decided to start my own brand of premium bedding. That was an instructive time, because there were many hurdles to overcome. Together with Elena we successfully launched my brand and decided to team up as our skills complement each other perfectly.

My strengths are in business growth, international eCommerce, B2C marketing, sales and business analysis.
